Our goal at Park Animal Hospital is to provide the highest quality of care to your furry family members. To do so, we implement appointment times based on the need of each individual. Unfortunately, our busy schedule has forced us to implement cancellation/no show policies effective January 31st, 2019. This policy will help us better utilize appointments for our patients with urgent medical needs or injury.

Appointments are in high demand, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, and an early cancellation will provide the opportunity for someone else's pet to seek the necessary medical attention they require.  As a courtesy to other clients who may be in need of appointments, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment.

We understand unavoidable or unexpected situations do occur and the first missed appointment will not be subject to a cancellation fee.

How to cancel your appointment:

For appointments, we require 24 hours notice for cancellation, for dental or surgical appointments, we require 48 hours notice.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call or text us at 905-625-5222, send us an email to [email protected], or leave us a voicemail if after hours.

No show policy:

No shows inconvenience pets that need medical care in a timely manner. No-shows will be recorded in your file and the second no-show will result in a fee to be paid at the time of appointment. Three No-Shows will require a payment up front for an office visit over the phone with a credit card at the time the appointment is being made.

Cancelled (without 24 hour notice) Appointments:

1st cancellation: We will contact you to reschedule your appointment.

2nd cancellation: 50% of exam fee will be applied to your account

3rd cancellation: full exam fee will be applied to your account and every subsequent time without the 24 hour notice

Surgical/Dental Appointments: 25% of your treatment plan will be applied to your account for not providing 48 hour notice
